About the role
Out Client, a successful company operating in the agriculture sector, is looking for an experienced HR Officer to join its team in Tema, Ghana. The role covers the complete employee life‑cycle, from recruitment and onboarding through performance management to exit processes. It also includes responsibility for budgeting and other operational HR functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full employee life‑cycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and off‑boarding.
- Oversee performance management processes and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Prepare and monitor HR budgets, ensuring cost‑effective use of resources.
- Provide operational HR support for a workforce of more than 40 employees, handling all HR matters.
Required profile
- Hold a completed HR qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in operational HR roles.
- Demonstrated extensive knowledge of statutory requirements, particularly Ghanaian labour acts.
- Proven experience working with both local staff and expatriates.
