About the role
The HR Officer will lead the end‑to‑end employee life‑cycle for a workforce of over 40 staff, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, performance management and exit processes. The role also supports budgeting and compliance within a dynamic agriculture business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full employee life‑cycle from hiring through to termination.
- Oversee performance management, salary budgeting and related HR reporting.
Required profile
- Completed HR qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist/Operational experience.
- Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour legislation.
- Experience handling both local and expatriate staff.
