About the role
We are looking for an HR Officer to join our team in Accra. The role will support the company’s people strategy by handling recruitment, employee relations, training and policy compliance. You will work closely with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour legislation.
- Facilitate training programmes and professional development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor and enforce company policies and HR procedures.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities.
- Good knowledge of HR best practices and local labour laws.
- Ability to coordinate recruitment, onboarding and training activities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HR software tools.
