HR Systems & Business Partner

About the role

Emigoh Ghana Limited is looking for an HR Systems & Business Partner to join its People & Culture team. The role will support HR systems, recruitment activities and day‑to‑day HR operations while partnering closely with the Sales function and other departments. This is an ideal opportunity for a people‑focused HR professional who is organised and comfortable working across different areas of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Support the effective use and management of HR systems and employee records.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Handle day‑to‑day HR operations and employee‑related processes.
• Partner with the Sales function to address people‑related needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide HR support and solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee information and documentation.
• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of HR processes and systems.

Required profile

• Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Good understanding of HR systems and employee records management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across different teams.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
