Information Systems Business Analyst

About the role

Promasidor is seeking an Information Systems Business Analyst to act as the bridge between its IT department and business units. You will analyse business needs, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure smooth implementation of IT solutions across the company’s operations in Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.
• Gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements and process flows.
• Produce clear, well‑structured functional specifications for development teams.
• Plan, supervise, and execute system testing, including user acceptance testing.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end‑users of business systems.
• Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in project management activities to drive timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience or knowledge of business systems analysis, preferably in an FMCG manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service oriented mindset.
