Infrastructure Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Infrastructure Recruitment Specialist to lead the sourcing and hiring of skilled and technical personnel for construction and infrastructure projects across Ghana. The role will manage the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding, focusing on a wide range of construction trades and engineering positions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing plans for infrastructure and construction vacancies, leveraging professional networks, technical schools, and recruitment agencies.
• Build and maintain a candidate database of carpenters, steel fixers, masons, crane operators, engineers, safety officers and other skilled workers.
• Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, assess technical experience and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Identify and develop new recruitment channels in major labor markets such as Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi and Cape Coast.
• Track recruitment metrics, prepare progress reports and recommend improvements to sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure consistent recruitment standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences or related field.
• Proven recruitment experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of Ghana’s construction labor market and existing talent networks is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization and independent work capabilities.
