IT Infrastructure Manager

About the role

The IT Infrastructure Manager will lead the design, implementation and maintenance of the bank’s technology environment. This role ensures that servers, networks and cloud services operate securely and reliably to support daily banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the institution’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and systems.
• Oversee cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, ensuring optimal performance and cost‑effectiveness.
• Implement and monitor security controls including firewalls, intrusion detection and antivirus solutions.
• Guarantee network security, performance and reliability for all banking services.
• Develop and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans for critical IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Define and enforce IT policies and procedures to meet compliance and data‑security standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or network engineering.
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AWS and Azure cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and routing.
• Experience implementing firewalls, intrusion detection and antivirus systems.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with business continuity planning.
