IT Support Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Officer to join TANACOM IO’s technology team. You will provide first‑line technical assistance, ensuring that hardware, software and network services run smoothly for all end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver prompt technical support for hardware, software and network issues, both remotely and on‑site.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers and peripheral devices.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and security settings, including Active Directory.
• Assist in the deployment, upgrade and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Log incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system and keep accurate documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to users on IT applications and best practices.
• Collaborate with the IT team to evaluate and implement new technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in an IT support or help‑desk role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
