Junior Key Account Manager – Full Time

About the role

Jumia Ghana is looking for a Junior Key Account Manager to expand its marketplace by onboarding and growing a large portfolio of long‑tail sellers. You will help increase product variety, improve inventory depth and support major sales events through data‑driven account management.

Key responsibilities

• Source, onboard and develop emerging sellers to broaden Jumia’s catalogue.
• Maintain high content standards, competitive pricing and stock availability for thousands of SKUs.
• Track operational metrics such as fulfillment rates, out‑of‑stock percentages and daily revenue.
• Use self‑service tools, automated workflows and standardized communication to manage high‑volume accounts efficiently.
• Drive seller participation in major events like Black Friday, Tech Week and Jumia Anniversary Sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Experience managing high‑volume vendor or seller portfolios in an e‑commerce marketplace.
• Strong analytical ability to monitor fulfillment performance, sales trends and catalogue health.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills to motivate sellers.
