About the role
The Key Account Manager will partner with the Area Manager to drive revenue growth for Masimo’s portfolio of patient monitoring solutions across the assigned territory. You will build trusted relationships with major healthcare clients, understand their clinical needs, and position Masimo’s technologies as the preferred choice.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to meet revenue targets and clinical sales goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to shape account strategies.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key clients, addressing issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- Lead contract negotiations, set performance timelines, and manage the account team.
- Conduct clinical demonstrations, evaluations, and education to drive adoption of pulse oximetry, CO‑oximetry, brain function monitoring, regional oximetry, and capnography solutions.
- Collaborate with OEM sales staff to support whole‑house conversions and upgrade existing monitor installations.
- Engage key opinion leaders and clinical bodies to promote Masimo technologies at conferences and in local protocols.
Required profile
- Proven experience in key account management within the medical device or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows in anesthesia, ICU, neonatology, and emergency care.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze client data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
