About the role

The Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) is seeking qualified academics to join its Business School as full‑time lecturers. Positions are available across a range of disciplines including Accounting/Taxation/Auditing, Communication, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Business Research Methods, Management Information Systems/E‑Commerce, and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the assigned discipline.
• Develop and update curricula, teaching materials, and assessment tools.
• Supervise student research projects at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Engage in scholarly research and publish findings in international academic journals.
• Contribute to departmental meetings, academic committees, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Ph.D. from a reputable university (preferred) or a Master’s degree with substantial teaching and corporate experience.
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience at the university level.
• Demonstrated record of publishing in international academic journals or clear potential for research.
• Experience teaching and supervising research at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
