Lettings Supervisor

About the role

The Lettings Supervisor will lead the lettings team in delivering high‑quality rental services across Accra and the Tema region. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, maximizing rental income and ensuring excellent landlord and tenant experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lettings cycle, from property viewings to lease signing.
• Supervise, coach and motivate a team of lettings agents.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective renters.
• Monitor occupancy levels and implement strategies to increase rental income.
• Ensure compliance with all tenancy and property regulations.
• Handle negotiations, tenant screening and dispute resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years (48 months) of experience in lettings, property management or real estate.
• Proven track record in sales or business development with target achievement.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to maximise revenue.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of the rental process, tenant screening and lease agreements.
• Familiarity with local tenancy and property regulations.
