Loan Officer – Multiple Locations in Ghana

About the role

Asa Savings and Loans LTD is expanding its loan officer team across six regions in Ghana. The role involves direct interaction with clients to provide loan services, support savings mobilization, and ensure accurate record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new loan clients in assigned regions.
• Disburse loans and collect repayments according to schedule.
• Enter and maintain client and transaction data in accounting books and software systems.
• Promote and mobilize savings deposits from existing and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with team members and perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Maximum HND qualification from a recognised institution.
• Ghanaian national aged between 20 and 30 years.
• Strong team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Computer literacy for data entry and software use.
