About the role

ASA Savings and Loans Ltd is expanding its loan officer team across Ghana. The role involves sourcing clients, processing loan applications, and ensuring timely repayment while supporting the company’s growth in multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

Identify and acquire new loan clients in assigned regions.
Disburse loans and collect installment payments.
Enter and maintain client data in both manual books and the company’s software system.
Prepare credit plans for organized borrower groups.
Mobilise savings deposits from clients.

Required profile

HND or university degree from a recognised institution.
1–3 years of experience in loan processing, micro‑finance or related banking activities.
Ghanaian nationality, aged 20‑28.
High level of integrity and ability to work as part of a team.

Required skills

Computer literacy for data entry and software use.
