Manager, Legal, Human Resources and Administration

About the role

The Manager, Legal, Human Resources and Administration will lead the company’s legal, compliance and HR functions while overseeing administrative services for Vitality Health Insurance in Accra.

Key responsibilities

• Legal and Company Secretarial Functions: Provide company secretarial services, advise on legal, regulatory and compliance issues, represent the company in civil and criminal matters, and process defaulting clients for court action.
• Human Resources and Administration: Formulate, review and manage HR policies, procedures and systems; ensure staff compliance with policies and regulations; coordinate training, orientation, performance management and professional development; manage recruitment, screening, interviews and hiring; oversee security services, vehicle fleet, stores and other resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized institution and qualification to practice law in Ghana, with good standing membership in the Ghana Bar Association.
• Minimum five years post‑call experience covering legal practice, human resource management and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership, organisational and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
