Manager, Transformation Programs

About the role

The Manager, Transformation Programs will drive enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives that align with MTN’s strategic direction. This role ensures effective program governance, cross‑functional coordination, and adoption of change‑management practices to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of strategic transformation programs across the enterprise.
• Define program scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, resource allocation and budgets.
• Establish governance structures, monitor progress, and report risks, issues and inter‑dependencies to senior management.
• Engage and influence internal and external stakeholders to secure commitment and buy‑in.
• Integrate change‑management principles to drive adoption and minimise resistance.
• Identify, assess and mitigate program‑level risks, and develop contingency plans.
• Track program performance against KPIs and ensure benefits realization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, management or a related field.
• Relevant experience managing large‑scale transformation or program initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
