About the role

NiBS University, a boutique business school in Accra, Ghana, is seeking a dynamic professional to lead its marketing and student recruitment efforts for master’s programmes. The role focuses on designing and executing strategies that attract high‑quality candidates from Ghana and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and recruit prospective students to achieve enrollment targets.
• Guide applicants through programme requirements, application completion and the enrollment process.
• Develop and deliver presentations that showcase NiBS programmes to prospects.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, answering queries and providing support.
• Collaborate with faculty and administration to improve the recruitment experience.
• Analyse recruitment data, generate insights and recommend improvements to strategies.

Required profile

• Strong marketing and business development background, preferably in education or related service sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging senior‑level stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive data‑based decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development or a related field.
• Good understanding of higher‑education student recruitment processes.
• Willingness to work on a base salary complemented by performance bonuses.
• Familiarity with the Nigerian market is a strong plus.
