Marketing Lead (Remote, Africa focus)

About the role

AIVM is looking for a Marketing Lead to work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer. This high‑ownership role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, driving growth for both the infrastructure platform and consumer‑facing AI products across B2B and B2C markets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CMO on day‑to‑day marketing activities and own end‑to‑end execution.
• Develop and launch go‑to‑market plans for new products and features.
• Plan, create, and ship short‑form social content across all channels.
• Design and run growth experiments, including paid and organic campaigns.
• Implement AI‑driven automations to increase team efficiency.
• Coordinate marketing efforts for both the technical infrastructure brand and consumer AI products.

Required profile

• High‑ownership mindset with ability to move from strategy to execution quickly.
• Comfortable marketing technical, developer‑focused solutions as well as consumer‑grade products.
• Deeply creative, constantly online, and native to AI‑enabled tools.
• Strong awareness of Web3 and Web2 tech culture and emerging trends.
• Proven track record of automating personal workflow and leveraging AI for faster output.
