Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of multi‑channel digital marketing strategies that support Adehyeman Savings and Loans Limited’s growth objectives. This role focuses on driving customer acquisition and onboarding through both digital and traditional media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify target segments, emerging trends, and competitive opportunities.
• Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across traditional media, websites, and social platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimise spend, and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging relevance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑channel digital campaigns.
