Demand Generation Technical Consultant

About the role

VisionSpring, an international social enterprise, is seeking a Demand Generation Technical Consultant on a 12‑month contract. The consultant will support the Global Senior Manager, Behavior Change by coordinating and implementing demand‑generation projects across Bangladesh, Nigeria, and India.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day coordination of multiple high‑visibility demand‑generation projects in three country markets.
• Translate strategic briefs into clear project plans, budgets, timelines, and documentation.
• Organise coordination meetings, track deliverables, and maintain up‑to‑date performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with in‑country teams, external partners, consultants, and agencies to ensure aligned execution.
• Oversee the implementation of ATL and BTL marketing campaigns, monitoring progress and results.

Required profile

• Strong project and priority management skills, able to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship and stakeholder coordination, serving as the reliable point of contact.
• Detail‑oriented with meticulous documentation and follow‑through.
• Comfortable working across diverse cultural contexts (Bangladesh, Nigeria, India) and adapting communication accordingly.
• Familiarity with demand‑generation and community‑facing marketing campaign mechanics.
• Proactive problem‑solver who identifies risks early and proposes solutions.
• Collaborative communicator who can work under senior direction and coordinate directly with partners.
