Marketing Specialist – Campaign & Community Management

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to design, execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns while nurturing our online communities. You will work closely with product, sales and senior management to translate market insights into actionable marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
• Supervise social media content creation and manage both online and offline marketing activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions and customer feedback to inform strategy.
• Coordinate product marketing and promotional activities across channels.
• Manage and engage online communities, responding to enquiries and fostering growth.
• Lead the marketing team to ensure timely execution of all activities.
• Prepare performance reports, analyse results and provide insights to management.
• Assist with marketing data collection, reporting and promotional support.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong communication, organisational and leadership abilities.
• Good understanding of local market trends and consumer behaviour.
• Experience in social media, campaign management and customer engagement.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and able to work independently under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
