Medical Doctor – Full‑time Clinical Position

About the role

Christian Medical Centre is seeking a full‑time Medical Doctor to join its on‑site team in Accra. The role involves providing comprehensive primary care, diagnosing acute and chronic conditions, and supporting community health initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient examinations, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications in line with best clinical practices.
• Order, interpret and integrate laboratory and diagnostic test results into patient care decisions.
• Provide counseling on preventive health, participate in health screening programs and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Fully qualified Medical Doctor with an accredited degree, completed internship/housemanship and a valid medical licence.
• Strong communication skills, ethical practice, patient safety focus and ability to work in a faith‑informed environment.
• Organisational and time‑management abilities to handle busy clinic schedules.
