Medical Sales Representative

About the role

The Medical Sales Representative will promote Kaliber Partners' pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals and clinics across the Greater Accra, Western, Central, Eastern, Bono East and Bono West regions. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong professional relationships and expanding market coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and detail products to healthcare professionals and key decision‑makers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and grow the customer base.
• Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and distributors.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and report to the Sales Manager.
• Prepare accurate sales, call and territory reports.
• Participate in product launches, medical conferences and promotional events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Health Sciences, Marketing or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Strong selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a defined territory and travel frequently.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and resilience under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with sales reporting tools.
