About the role
The Medical Sales Representative will promote and sell MSN Laboratories’ pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the Tema region. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building strong relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare providers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and clients.
- Stay updated on product information, market trends and industry developments.
- Provide prompt and professional customer service to address client needs.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and implement effective sales strategies within the territory.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or a related field.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective product presentation.
- Customer‑service orientation with the ability to address client inquiries promptly.
- Solid background knowledge of medicines and pharmacology.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
