About the role
We are seeking a dynamic MICE Executive to lead the planning and execution of meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions at Airport View Hotel. The role involves working closely with clients to deliver high‑standard events that enhance our reputation as a hospitality centre of excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, handle and convert inquiries for meetings, events and group bookings.
- Plan events in collaboration with clients, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Present and sell suitable banquet and event options, maintaining the highest service standards.
- Organise and conduct hotel show rounds for prospective clients.
- Oversee complete administration and execution of scheduled events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in a similar role within a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and achieve conversion targets.
