• Manage estate assets, oversee property maintenance, and coordinate related administrative tasks.
• Lead HR functions including operations & rewards, learning & development, and employee relations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end‑users and internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
• Participate in project planning, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
