About the role
UNICEF is seeking a senior‑level National Consultant to lead the coordination, continuity and strategic transition of the UNICEF Startup Lab in Ghana. The role will strengthen UNICEF Ghana’s contribution to youth entrepreneurship, innovation and digital public goods while ensuring a smooth hand‑over to the University of Ghana.
Key responsibilities
- Provide programme coordination and strategic oversight for the Startup Lab implementation.
- Manage the transition and institutionalisation of the Startup Lab into the Ghana‑Korea Impact Centre at the University of Ghana.
- Facilitate partnerships across the entrepreneurship and technology ecosystem.
- Prepare donor and partnership reports in line with KOICA‑UNICEF requirements.
- Monitor, learn and measure impact, ensuring robust knowledge management and end‑of‑project reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Public Administration or related field.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in entrepreneurship, innovation or youth‑focused programmes.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders, manage transitions and deliver results in a multi‑partner environment.
