National Service IT & Cyber Security Personnel

About the role

Databytes is looking for motivated National Service Personnel to join its IT and Cyber Security team. This position offers recent graduates practical exposure to enterprise IT infrastructure, cyber‑security operations, and technical support while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level IT support to clients and internal staff.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
• Support cyber‑security monitoring and implement security best practices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Help with system documentation and technical reporting.
• Participate in IT projects and other duties assigned by the technical team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Eligibility for National Service.
• Basic understanding of computer networking and IT support.
• Basic knowledge of cyber‑security concepts.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving abilities and a professional attitude.
