About the role

FON Packaging Ventures, Ghana’s leading corrugated carton manufacturer, is offering a range of National Service positions across its Accra and Tema facilities. These roles provide hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing production environment while contributing to the company’s commitment to quality and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations in areas such as design, administration, logistics, quality assurance and customer service.
• Assist senior staff with data entry, documentation, and reporting tasks.
• Participate in the preparation and inspection of packaging products to ensure standards are met.
• Engage with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and assist in implementing them.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently completed a National Service year program.
• Strong interest in manufacturing, design, logistics or customer support.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office).
