National Service Position (12‑month contract)

About the role

Join Nestlé Ghana as a National Service participant on a 12‑month contract. This full‑time role offers fresh graduates the chance to work within a leading food and beverage company, gaining practical experience across various business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist day‑to‑day operations in the assigned department.
• Support ongoing projects through research, analysis, reporting and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
• Participate in Nestlé training programmes, learning modules and mentorship initiatives.
• Contribute creative ideas and proactive solutions to achieve team objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Social Sciences, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or related field; HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is also accepted.
• Eligibility for national service as defined by local legislation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
