Norwegian Data Annotator – Remote (Hourly)

About the role

We are seeking a Norwegian‑speaking Data Annotator to evaluate and improve the personalization quality of large language model outputs. This remote, hourly contract position involves testing AI responses with multi‑turn prompts and providing detailed feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI model responses for grounding, integration, helpfulness, and personalization quality.
• Design and execute multi‑turn prompts based on personal context to probe model capabilities.
• Identify hallucinations, incorrect personalization, and poor inferences in model outputs.
• Conduct side‑by‑side comparisons of model responses to determine effectiveness.
• Write clear rationales and rankings for each evaluation.
• Extract and verify debug information to ensure proper data source usage.
• Maintain strict data hygiene and accurate documentation of all evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance model performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in Norwegian with excellent reading and writing abilities.
• Experience in data annotation, AI evaluation, content moderation, or related fields.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to design creative, multi‑turn prompts based on personal context.
• Understanding of personalization concepts and ability to spot forced or incorrect personalization.
• Excellent written communication and structured reasoning skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to use a personal Google account for evaluation tasks.
• Full‑time availability with at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Standard Time.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent analytical experience.
