Partner & Communications Lead – Equity & Profit Share

About the role

Kre8tive Pen, a 3D production and animation studio, is seeking a strategic partner to become the public voice of the business. This part‑time position focuses on communications, client outreach, and partnership development while sharing in the studio’s growth through revenue commissions and equity.

Key responsibilities

• Gatekeep and vet incoming project, training, and partnership inquiries, ensuring only high‑value opportunities proceed.
• Craft and promote the studio’s narrative across social media, newsletters, and industry events.
• Identify, pitch, and secure corporate clients, event organizers, and speaking opportunities.
• Maintain professional communication channels and manage schedules to protect the creative team’s workflow.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, diplomatic style.
• Business‑oriented mindset that treats the role as an ownership opportunity.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to set clear boundaries.
• Interest or background in 3D animation, digital art, or creative technology is a plus.
