Personal Assistant – Human Resources

About the role

The Human Resources division is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This role ensures smooth daily operations, effective coordination of executive activities, and contributes to the delivery of HR initiatives in a fast‑moving telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CHRO’s calendar, travel, appointments and daily schedule.
• Coordinate meeting requests, prepare briefs, agendas, minutes and follow‑up actions.
• Handle correspondence, including confidential communications, emails and reports.
• Prepare and distribute Board, Sub‑Committee and Executive Committee deliverables.
• Draft, proofread and edit reports, presentations, speeches and executive communications.
• Compile regular HR reports, dashboards and executive updates.
• Monitor departmental projects, milestones, risks and provide status updates.
• Assist with budgeting, procurement, expenditure monitoring and administrative processes.
• Oversee office logistics and resource planning for the CHRO’s Office.
• Maintain confidentiality and act as primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
