About the role
We are looking for a Planning Technician to support project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring for construction projects in Ghana. The role will work closely with the project manager and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timelines are met.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports.
- Coordinate with project teams to track milestones and resolve delays.
- Maintain planning records and support resource planning.
Required profile
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant planning experience in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Microsoft Office
- Primavera P6 (or MS Project)
- MS Project
