Portfolio Manager – Short‑Term Rentals

About the role

The Shortlets Portfolio Manager will lead the performance of a growing portfolio of short‑term rental properties across Accra and the Tema region. Based on‑site, you will ensure listings are attractive, occupancy is maximised and guest experiences are consistently high.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and optimise pricing, occupancy and revenue for each property.
• Maintain accurate, compelling listings on all online booking platforms.
• Analyse booking data and market trends to recommend investment and expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with property owners, service providers and maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Prepare regular financial reports covering revenue, costs and profitability.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and support data‑driven decisions.
• Solid understanding of finance principles for budgeting and cost management.
• Experience or training in portfolio management of multiple assets.
• Good communication and negotiation skills for dealing with owners, vendors and guests.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management or reservation systems.
• Competence in common office software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing).
