About the role
The Preschool Head will provide strategic leadership for the preschool department, ensuring high‑quality early learning experiences for children. This role combines curriculum oversight, staff management, and strong parent engagement to support developmental progress.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the preschool department and set its strategic direction.
- Supervise and mentor preschool teachers, fostering professional growth.
- Monitor implementation of the curriculum to ensure alignment with educational standards.
- Support children’s developmental progress through targeted interventions.
- Coordinate parent‑engagement activities and communication.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Professional teaching qualification.
- At least five years of experience in early childhood settings, with leadership experience preferred.
