Principal Analyst, Training

About the role

The Principal Analyst, Training will support the execution of the firm’s training business development and consulting strategy. This senior position involves research, client engagement, and coordination of training programmes across technical and professional domains.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training proposals, plans and marketing strategies to meet performance targets.
• Identify training opportunities through research, generate leads and convert them into engagements.
• Conduct market and industry analysis to inform training programme design.
• Serve as secondary point of contact for training enquiries and manage partner relationships.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day administration of open‑house, in‑house, e‑learning and collaborative training programmes.
• Support revenue monitoring, cash‑flow tracking and expansion into new markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing/Communications or related field.
• Minimum six years of relevant experience, including three years in a supervisory or consulting role.
• Experience in training coordination, marketing to corporate clients and business development.
• Knowledge of IT, cybersecurity or data protection is preferred.
