Private Client Advisor – High Net Worth Sales

About the role

Henley & Partners is seeking a Private Client Advisor to act as a brand ambassador and drive new business growth. You will focus on acquiring high‑net‑worth clients through proactive business development, networking and strategic referral partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads via prospecting, networking, referrals, events and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and convert a pipeline of high‑net‑worth clients for residence and citizenship planning services.
• Build and maintain relationships with intermediaries such as family offices, private banks, wealth managers, lawyers and tax advisors.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal and conversion.
• Conduct consultative meetings, understand client objectives and recommend suitable solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations and ensure consistent follow‑up throughout complex sales processes.
• Meet or exceed sales, pipeline and revenue targets while keeping accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with internal Relationship Managers and operational teams worldwide to ensure a seamless client experience.
