Process Team Leader – Water & Wastewater Treatment

About the role

The Process Team Leader is responsible for overseeing syrup preparation, water treatment and wastewater treatment operations, ensuring efficient, safe and compliant production in line with Coca‑Cola standards. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive continuous improvement and uphold environmental and quality commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage water treatment processes, including filtration, reverse osmosis and disinfection, to guarantee high‑quality water for production.
• Oversee wastewater treatment plant operations, monitor biological, chemical and mechanical treatment stages, and ensure discharge meets regulatory standards.
• Supervise and develop a team of operators across syrup, water and wastewater units, setting goals, conducting performance reviews and delivering training.
• Ensure all processes comply with quality, safety, HSE and environmental policies; coordinate internal and external audits.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on production metrics, water usage, wastewater treatment performance and compliance.
• Develop and implement policies, guidelines and continuous‑improvement initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in industrial water or wastewater treatment environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards in beverage manufacturing.
• Ability to analyse process data, identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills for training, reporting and stakeholder collaboration.
