Product Marketing Manager

About the role

The Product Marketing Manager will lead Vodafone Business Solutions' product and marketing initiatives in Ghana, shaping strategy, positioning, and go‑to‑market execution for enterprise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of VBS in developing sales strategy and provide professional inputs.
• Lead a business propositions and marketing team to meet profitability and revenue targets.
• Analyse and segment the Ghanaian enterprise market to position products by quality and price.
• Create and maintain a distinct Vodafone Business Solutions brand within the Vodafone master brand.
• Develop value propositions, identify product gaps, and commission new offerings based on market opportunities.
• Manage product launches, go‑to‑market campaigns, and hand‑over to in‑life product teams.
• Oversee profit‑and‑loss responsibility for in‑life products, including withdrawal at end of life.
• Coordinate marketing communications, events, campaigns, and sales collateral with the Vodafone Marketing Department.
• Run customer satisfaction surveys, analyse results, and implement service recovery plans.
• Monitor performance metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain supplier relationships.

Required profile

• Strong commercial focus with analytical thinking.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing product marketing teams.
• Experience in consultative selling to large corporate customers.
• Capability to design and implement product marketing processes.
• Excellent coaching and people‑management skills.
