Product Support & Service Engineer – Screening Solutions

About the role

Sandvik is looking for a proactive Product Support & Service Engineer to deliver hands‑on technical support for screening equipment and aftermarket parts across West Africa. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure optimal performance, reliability and safety of installed screening systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical assistance, troubleshooting and maintenance for screening equipment.
• Deliver technical training to customers and internal staff.
• Support routine and corrective maintenance activities.
• Identify and drive sales of aftermarket parts and service contracts.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales and supply‑chain teams to resolve issues and improve product performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in product support or service engineering within the mining or construction equipment sector.
• Senior‑level professional with a strong customer‑focus mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in the field.
