Professional Driver – Accra & Tema

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, safety‑focused Professional Driver to join our team in Accra and the Tema region. The role involves transporting staff, visitors, equipment and official documents while maintaining the highest standards of vehicle care and road safety.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport employees, guests and company property to designated locations.
• Handle timely pick‑up and drop‑off of staff and visitors.
• Deliver and collect official documents, parcels and other items as required.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections, report faults and arrange maintenance.
• Keep vehicles clean, roadworthy and ensure all documentation (insurance, road‑worthy certificates, licences) is up to date.
• Follow all traffic regulations and company driving policies.
• Plan efficient routes to meet schedule requirements.
• Record vehicle usage, fuel consumption, mileage and maintenance details.
• Assist with any additional transport‑related tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum Senior High School certificate or equivalent.
• Valid Ghanaian Driver’s Licence – Class C.
• 3–5 years of proven driving experience, preferably as a company driver.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and local routes in Accra and surrounding areas.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
• Physically fit to handle job responsibilities.

Required skills

• Valid Class C driver’s licence.
