Professional Driver – Transport & Delivery

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Professional Driver to operate company vehicles for passenger transport and deliveries across Accra and the surrounding region. The role involves ensuring timely, safe journeys while maintaining vehicle standards and adhering to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport passengers or deliverables.
• Plan optimal routes using GPS navigation to avoid delays and traffic congestion.
• Perform routine pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and brakes.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs, fuel receipts, and delivery documentation.
• Keep the vehicle clean, well‑maintained, and schedule regular servicing.
• Comply strictly with local traffic laws, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least three years of professional driving or courier experience.
• Familiarity with local routes, traffic regulations, and GPS navigation systems.
• Strong time‑management, communication, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
