About the role
We are seeking a prudent Property Manager to oversee assigned commercial and residential properties, aiming to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including design of business plans that meet customer needs.
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Negotiate leases and contracts with contractors promptly and reliably.
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants.
- Collect receivable accounts, handle operating expenses, and develop annual budgets.
- Oversee property personnel, assess performance, and report financial results.
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and prudent decision‑making.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with tenants and contractors.
- Ability to analyze financial data, forecast budgets, and report performance.
