About the role
We are seeking a prudent Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial and residential assets. The role focuses on maximizing asset value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Design business plans for properties that meet customer needs
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain positive, productive relationships with tenants
- Negotiate leases and contracts with contractors promptly and reliably
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
- Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends
- Oversee property personnel and assess performance
- Achieve financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
- Stay updated on job and market knowledge
