Property Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Property Sales Consultant to join our team in Accra. You will guide clients through the property acquisition process, build strong relationships, and help achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships through calls, emails, presentations, and consultations.
• Provide professional guidance and expert advice throughout the property purchasing process.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable property solutions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales; real‑estate experience is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
