Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Quasi Group Limited is looking for a committed and hardworking Quantity Surveyor to support its construction, road works, civil works, operations, transportation and administrative activities in the Eastern Region of Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate material, labour and equipment expenses to form initial budgets for projects.
• Draft detailed lists of material quantities and work scopes for tender submissions.
• Inspect site progress and prepare interim payment certificates for work completed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Civil Engineering with at least three years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to relocate to the Eastern Region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with measurement software.
• Experience using cost databases.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with BIM tools.
