Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for our clients across Accra and Tema.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to define candidate requirements and specifications.
• Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and recommend suitable profiles.
• Maintain databases of potential candidates, including resumes and motivation details.
• Engage with candidates to gauge interests, motivations, and cultural fit.
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers to update on recruitment progress.
• Contact referees, collect and review applications, and shortlist candidates.
• Conduct background checks to ensure candidate suitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4‑6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a client‑facing or consultancy role.
• Strong understanding of HR outsourcing models, client servicing, and SLA management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Sound knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws and HR compliance standards.
