Recruitment Supervisor (Manufacturing)

About the role

We are looking for a charismatic and well‑connected Recruitment Supervisor to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for Keda Ghana Ceramics, from shop‑floor operatives to supervisory staff. The role is highly visible, requiring public speaking, community engagement and the ability to market the company to both artisans and professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit skilled workers, functional staff and factory‑floor personnel.
• Maintain and update the Offer Approval sheet, ensuring real‑time recruitment data accuracy.
• Supervise onboarding, coordinate with banks to create and verify new hire accounts, and ensure complete documentation and compliance.
• Lead salary discussions and negotiations for skilled positions.
• Prepare and analyse recruitment‑related reports.
• Represent Keda in external meetings with artisan groups, community leaders and other stakeholders.
• Conduct field recruitment drives in targeted communities and build relationships with assemblymen, community heads and local influencers.
• Handle confirmation and record‑keeping for casual workers.
• Ensure completion of the joining checklist for every new hire.
• Coach, support and supervise the recruitment team, promoting best practices and high performance.
• Deliver training and mentoring sessions to improve internal capacity and efficiency.

Required profile

• Internal candidate preferred – familiar with company systems and people.
• Fun, friendly, confident and presentable; able to represent the company in both formal and grassroots settings.
• Highly organized, articulate and detail‑oriented.
• Proactive, results‑driven and able to get things done without being chased.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and persuading people to join the company.
• Natural networker who can build genuine relationships and alliances.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s is an advantage).
