Regional Manager – Middle Region

About the role

The Regional Manager will lead a cluster of branches in the Middle Region, driving business development, operations, finance and people management to achieve institutional objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement institutional strategies and prepare regional business plans, budgets and marketing initiatives.
• Supervise branch networks, ensuring delivery of products, services and compliance with credit policies.
• Monitor loan portfolios, approve loans within authority limits, and lead recovery efforts.
• Oversee branch financial controls, bank reconciliations and ensure operational sustainability.
• Lead staff development, conduct appraisals, support recruitment and maintain high discipline standards.
• Coordinate integration activities with World Vision Ghana and report on progress.

Required profile

• Minimum first bachelor’s degree with certification in Business Development/Marketing; Master’s degree in Microfinance is a plus.
• At least three years’ experience in a similar microfinance or business development role.
• Strong understanding of credit risk management, accounting and marketing.
